+I am worried about heavy metals in my body - do you test your products?

No, you don’t have to worry about a toxic amount of heavy metals. We do intense testing on the raw and finished product, which is within the guidelines of the American dietary supplement Foundation (Standard 173 (ANSI 173) Interesting fact; You can actually find heavy metals almost everywhere around you. Even our food, water, and soil contain some level of heavy metals. Like with so many other things, the dose determines the poison. We put lots of love into our products, so we like to keep them as clean as possible.

+I’m gluten-free - can I use your products?

Yes, you can use all our products, even if you’re gluten-free. The machines that powder the herbs, don’t have any contact with gluten. We also follow EU + NOP regulations that review our machine processes.

+Are your products tested on animals?

We value the life of animals as much as all other beings, so we don’t test any products on animals.

+Can I also use your Oils as an internal benefit for the body?

Even though it might seem appealing to taste our lovely oils, we strongly recommend that you only use them for your external beauty.

+How can I check Information about my Order?

Very easy, you have three options:

1. Look into the Email we’ve sent you after your purchase. In there, you can find information about your order.

2. Log into your Santhigram Account → Go to My Orders → Read your Order Information

3. If you have your order number, you can write a message to our support team info@santhigram.us. They will happily help you out.

Note: Your Invoice ID is also your Order Number. Keep your order number safe, until you got your package, then you’ll be on the safe side.

+Why haven’t I got an Email after buying my products?

There are two possible reasons:

1. You entered your email incorrectly.
2. It got blocked by the spam filter.

And two possible Solutions:

1. In this case, send an email to our Support Team info@santhigram.us
2. Check your Junk folder and change the spam filter.

+Can I change or cancel my order when it’s already submitted?

We want you to be happy with your experience here at Santhigram, so we will stop the order if we still can.

You can send an email to our customer service team info@santhigram.us to let them know, what you want to change. If your order is already in the packaging process, we can’t return it.

But, If you are not happy with your order, you can send an email to our customer support team info@santhigram.us which will work on making you happy again.

+Can I use multiple addresses for my order?

No, you can only use one address per order. This also counts for gift cards. If you need separate orders on multiple addresses, please send an email to our customer care team info@santhigram.us

+Can I track my package?

There are two ways to track your package:

1. Click on the tracking link in your shipping email.
2. Open the order status page and track your package.

DELIVERY

  • All orders are shipped using any of the carrier (USPS, FedEx, DHL, DHL Express, Passport, UPS) based on your location.
  • Free shipping for orders over US $75.
  • All orders are shipped with a tracking number.

NOTE:

  • Hemp & Herbs Soap should be ordered separately or can be ordered only along with CBD product.
  • CBD product should be ordered separately or can be ordered only along with Hemp & Herbs Soap.

RETURN AND REFUND

  • At Santhigram we do all we can to meet your high expectations and stock items you will love.
  • Kindly note that only items ordered through our site will be eligible for a return.
  • We allow buyers to return our items within a period of 15 days of receiving the package.
  • Refunds cannot be issued until the item has arrived at the shipping destination, and it must be returned in the same packaging it had been dispatched in, in order for you to qualify for a refund.
  • Refunds may take up to 15 days. In addition to that charge backs are not accepted until the item is delivered of it has been more than 20 days.
  • We do not charge our customers a restocking fee therefore all our returns are free of charge as long as they are within the stipulated period.
